Termocelsius: +35% qualified leads from a new website

A heating and air conditioning installer in the Algarve, with a team of ten. As marketing lead for three and a half years, I rebuilt the brand, the website and the way quote requests come in.

The short version

Problem

The old website looked outdated and asked for quotes through a basic contact form.

What changed

A new identity, a new website and a simpler quote form, with automatic replies and articles written for search and for AI answers. Along the way, 200+ pieces, from brochures to signage.

Result

35% more qualified leads on the same traffic, quote replies 40% faster and 45% more organic traffic, year over year.

Decision log.

Five calls that shaped the result: what I decided, why, and what came of it.

D1The quote form

Ask only what a first quote needs

Context
Quote requests came in through a basic contact form on an outdated website.
First try
A quote form in several steps that asked for almost exact numbers. It was too complex.
Decision
One direct form that asks only for the essentials, quick to fill in.
Outcome
35% more qualified leads than the basic contact form, on the same traffic.1
D2The replies

Confirm every request the moment it arrives

Decision
Every request gets an automatic confirmation email.
Outcome
Quote replies went out 40% faster, measured as the time between request and reply.
D3The website

Rebuild the website around the quote

Context
The old homepage led with a van photo under a plain menu, and looked outdated.
Decision
A new corporate website, with the quote request in the first screen.
Outcome
94 quote requests through the site from April to August 2026, logged one by one.2
After: the new Termocelsius homepage Before: the old Termocelsius homepage, a van photo under a plain menu Before After
Drag to compare the old and the new homepage.
D4Search and AI

Write for search engines and for AI answers

Decision
Blog articles written for search engines and for AI answers.
Outcome
45% more organic traffic, year over year, in Google Search Console.3
D5Brand and sales tools

Give sales a brand and a 3D model to sell with

Decision
A new identity and tone of voice, and a 3D model of a full HVAC installation that sales used in meetings and training.
3D model cutaway: solar panels and a solar water heater on the roof, underfloor heating in the bedroom below 3D model of the technical room: the indoor unit, tanks and pipework, with the Termocelsius logo on the tank 3D model of an underfloor heating manifold in the wall, with the pipes under the floor 3D model of a living room with air conditioning airflow from the ceiling 3D model of a bathroom with underfloor heating under the tiles 3D model of a kitchen with underfloor heating under the wooden floor
Six views from the model: solar on the roof, the technical room, underfloor heating and air conditioning.
Today

Termocelsius is now a client of my studio.

Multibound looks after the website, and I log every quote request one by one: 94 from April to August 2026.2

What I’d do differently

Start with the essentials. My first quote form asked for almost exact numbers. Next time I’d ship the short version first, and add a question only when sales need it.
